By using our Site or services, including any coaching programs or downloadable resources, you agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that business.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

We offer support services to individuals experiencing a job transition due to a layoff. These services include:

• Access to paid group coaching cohorts (“Transition Crew”)

• Access to paid one-on-one support sessions (“Co-Pilot”)

• Free and paid digital resources, including workbooks and tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

No Guarantees or Job Placement

Our services are designed to help you structure your job search and routines. We do not guarantee that you will get a job, secure interviews, or achieve any specific results.

Our services are not job placement services, nor do we act as recruiters.

Payments & Refunds

All fees for paid services are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

We do not offer refunds for digital downloads or partially used coaching sessions. Refund policies for coaching programs are disclosed during the sign-up process.

Use of Content

All content provided on the Site or through our services is the property of Routine Company LLC and is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not share, reproduce, or resell any part of our content without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services respectfully and not engage in:

• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior in group settings

• Disruptive conduct during coaching sessions

• Misrepresentation of your identity or intentions

We reserve the right to remove you from any program or service if we believe your behavior violates these Terms.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
