Your Facilitator

I’ve led teams, built strategies, and helped businesses grow... but my real strength? Facilitation.

Whether leading a group or working 1:1, I know how to facilitate meaningful conversations, ask the right questions, and help people make real progress.

I’m not a career coach. Not a recruiter. Not an HR specialist.

I’ve been laid off three times. I know the emotional weight of job loss. But I also know that going at it alone is tough.

That's why I created the only programs designed specifically to provide structured collaboration and guided support for job seekers rebuilding their day-to-day job searching routines.

Because job searching shouldn’t be a solo mission.

- Austin Brown
"Austin is an excellent facilitator- guiding the conversation, asking thoughtful questions and celebrating successes."

FAQs

How do I know what's right for me?

Both options give you structure, support, and accountability, but in different formats. If you want collaboration, peer support, and to feel part of a team, go with the Transition Crew program. Who will I be with in my Transition Crew?

5-8 job seekers navigating a similar transition due to a layoff. The group will be diverse across professional experience as well as role focus. It's a supportive group where everyone contributes and benefits.

I've got a career coach, recruiter... How is this different?

Most career coaches help with strategy. Recruiters help with placement. This is about execution. Each program focuses on helping you build the routines that drive progress every day. We are tactical. Focused on your success day-to-day.

How long does the program last?

Job Transition Crew is 12 weeks long, meeting weekly.  Co-Pilot is month-to-month, with weekly calls + check-ins.
